Our Projects
At Cropcycle Biomass Pvt. Ltd., one of our most impactful ongoing initiatives is the large-scale crop residue collection and biomass supply program currently running across Madhya Pradesh, with a strong focus on the Mahakoshal region. Every year, this region generates vast quantities of agricultural residues from crops such as paddy, wheat, maize, and soybean, much of which has traditionally been left unused or burnt in fields, leading to severe environmental challenges. Recognizing this as both a challenge and an opportunity, we have developed a comprehensive system for mobilizing farmers, deploying collection teams, and establishing logistics channels that ensure residues are gathered efficiently and transported safely to processing facilities.
Our operations in districts like Jabalpur, Katni, Narsinghpur, Seoni, Mandla, and surrounding areas have been structured around community engagement, where we partner directly with farmers to purchase residues at fair market prices, providing them with an additional income stream while discouraging the harmful practice of stubble burning. The collected biomass is then sorted, baled, and supplied to multiple bio-energy companies and industrial clients that are actively replacing conventional fossil fuels with cleaner biomass alternatives. These companies use our residue-based biomass for power generation, boilers, furnaces, and pellet production, ensuring that the energy value locked in agricultural waste is fully harnessed for sustainable development.
By acting as a bridge between rural farmers and energy-intensive industries, Cropcycle Biomass is helping to create a reliable, scalable, and eco-friendly supply chain that meets the twin objectives of energy security and environmental responsibility. Our Madhya Pradesh projects are not only reducing carbon emissions but also contributing directly to India’s renewable energy goals by diverting thousands of tonnes of crop residue from open-field burning to clean energy production. The impact is multidimensional—industries benefit from a consistent and cost-effective green fuel source, farmers gain from new income opportunities, and communities across Mahakoshal experience cleaner air and improved environmental health. In addition to the environmental and economic benefits, these projects have a strong social dimension, as they create employment opportunities for local workers engaged in collection, baling, and transportation activities.
By leveraging modern equipment and organized logistics, we ensure that the entire process is both efficient and sustainable, allowing us to scale operations year after year. Looking ahead, we plan to expand our residue management footprint to cover more districts within the state while strengthening our partnerships with leading bio-energy companies that rely on our supply chain for their operations. Through our ongoing projects in Madhya Pradesh and the Mahakoshal region, Cropcycle Biomass has established itself as a trusted partner in the clean energy ecosystem, demonstrating how agricultural residues can be transformed from an environmental liability into a resource of immense economic and ecological value.
